Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Houseparents. In this role, you will foster a supportive community for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them grow and develop in a safe and nurturing environment.
About the Position
As a Houseparent, you will live on campus in a student home and work closely with your spouse to create a supportive atmosphere for 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, among other tasks. You will also be responsible for leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. We also require a valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
