What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Environment Facilitators position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for students. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
The ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
