As a Family Environment Leader, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere within our on-campus homes. Working alongside your spouse, you will provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students, helping them develop essential life skills and values.

We seek experienced couples who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
