Our Houseparents provide a nurturing home environment, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. They work closely with their spouses to ensure that students feel supported and engaged.

Our competitive salary package includes a total compensation of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
As a Houseparent, you will be required to have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Couples must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
