In this role, you and your spouse will be responsible for creating a family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students, guiding and nurturing them in their personal and academic development.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and welcoming living environment for students
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
- Provide guidance and support to students in achieving their academic and personal goals

Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
