Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to provide a nurturing environment for students in our residential program. As full-time houseparents, you will live on campus and support the daily activities of approximately 8-12 students, promoting their growth and development.

We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
