The flex houseparent role is a unique opportunity for married couples to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a flex houseparent, you will work closely with your spouse to provide a nurturing family-like environment for students, supporting them in their academic, personal, and emotional growth.
About the Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
