At Milton Hershey School, we're seeking a dynamic couple to join our Residential Youth Caregiver team. As flex houseparents, you'll provide a nurturing family-like structure for students, guiding them through daily life and activities. About the Role
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You'll also need to abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. You'll enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time during school hours. We also provide relocation assistance and paid training.
