Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to become part of our flex houseparent team. In this role, you will live on campus and serve as a supportive caregiver for a group of students.
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, managing household duties, and assisting students with their daily needs. This includes guiding them in their personal development, engaging with them in various activities, and providing emotional support.

Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
