What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Guidance Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as Family Guidance Coordinators. In this unique role, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a couple, you will live on campus, guiding and supporting approximately 8-12 students while managing household responsibilities.

You will be responsible for creating a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
As a Family Guidance Coordinator, you will work in collaboration with your spouse to ensure the well-being and success of the students in your care. You will also be responsible for leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
