What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Guidance Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to fill the unique role of family guidance coordinators. As part of our residential team, you will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
In this position, you will reside in a student home with your spouse and work together to create a family-like atmosphere for 8-12 students. You will manage daily activities, handle responsibilities such as driving and medication administration, and provide consistent guidance and support.

Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
