**About the Role**
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
You will live on campus, providing a stable and nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students. Your duties will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.

We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
