Responsibilities
- Oversee student welfare and provide guidance and support as needed
- Administer daily routines and ensure the smooth operation of the on-campus home
- Foster a supportive atmosphere and promote positive relationships among students and staff
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be a married couple who has been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
