As a Family Guidance Coordinator, you will serve as a married couple providing family-like guidance and support to 8-12 students in a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include daily management of student homes, ensuring a nurturing environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
The ideal candidate should possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a couple, you should have been legally married for at least two years, both be age 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
We offer a competitive compensation package of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school, and you will also enjoy a three-week paid summer vacation.
