Job Summary
The Residential Youth Caregiver position involves working closely with students from pre-K through 12th grade. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing student activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support. You will also handle logistical tasks, such as driving and budgeting, to ensure a smooth operation of the student home.
As a couple, you will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive environment for your students. This includes leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
