Couples will oversee the daily needs and educational guidance of 8-12 students, residing on campus in student homes. This unique role requires flexibility, patience, and a commitment to supporting students' growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a stable home environment, ensuring students feel safe and supported
- Oversee students' daily routines, including homework help, meals, and personal care
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support students' academic and personal development
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies
What We Offer
- Competitive salaries, totaling $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more

Requirements
- Married couples with at least two years of marriage experience

- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
