About the Role
As Family Guidance Counselors, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students. Your duties will include:
- Providing daily care and support to students
- Managing household responsibilities, such as driving and budgeting
- Reporting student progress and addressing any concerns
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday chapel services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be a legally married couple for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- Limitations on pets; only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
