As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. About the Role
As a Flex Houseparent, you will manage daily responsibilities, nurture students in a family-like environment, and ensure a safe atmosphere for learning and growth. You will be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other duties. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and legally married for at least two years. High school diploma or GED is required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
