We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home, creating a family-like atmosphere and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
The role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school. Additionally, you will enjoy three-week paid summer vacation and flexible scheduling to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, have valid driver's licenses, and be certified to drive student home vans. High school diplomas or GEDs are required, and both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
