Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to disadvantaged students
- Living on-campus with your spouse, you will serve as a flex houseparent and provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Drive student home vans and administer medication as needed
- Budget and manage household expenses while ensuring the well-being of the students
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses should be 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
