Job Description:
As a House Parent at Milton Hershey School, you will reside on-campus with your spouse and provide guidance and support to groups of 8-12 students from under-served settings. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and fostering a family-like environment. You will be required to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have a high school diploma or GED, be comfortable leading students in daily devotions, and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
