Family Guidance Providers

Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to become part of our team as Family Guidance Providers. In this role, you will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, residing on-campus and guiding a group of 8-12 students.

Responsibilities

• Drive students to various activities and events
• Administer medication to students as needed
• Create a family-like structure within the student home

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples must be married for at least two years
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
