About the Role
This position involves guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met. The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Couples must commit to a smoke-free campus and abide by a weapon-free policy. They should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
