Job Description
We are looking for a married couple to fill the role of Youth Development Specialists at Milton Hershey School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, creating a family-like environment that promotes their social, emotional, and academic growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings, and will be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for our students.
This is a two-person job that requires couples who have been legally married for at least two years, both spouses must be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
