Job Description
We are seeking married couples to become house parents, responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students residing in on-campus student homes. As a house parent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure, manage daily responsibilities, and foster personal growth in our students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a house parent, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This role requires a high degree of integrity, as you will serve as a role model for our students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application, and couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person (a total of approximately $150,000 per couple) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and three weeks of paid summer vacation. Additionally, we provide free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and other benefits.
