As a student care coordinator, you will play a vital role in guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students, creating a family-like environment that promotes their well-being and academic success.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application. We are looking for couples who are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets. Only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted. Valid driver's licenses and certification to drive student home vans are also required.
