Milton Hershey School seeks couples to serve as houseparents, providing care and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a houseparent, you and your spouse will live on-campus, creating a family-like environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.
You will work together to manage daily responsibilities, engage in educational activities, and provide guidance and support to approximately 8-12 students. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students and their families.

Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
