As flex houseparents, couples will play a crucial role in creating a family-like environment for our students. They will be responsible for establishing routines and rituals that promote a sense of belonging and connection among the students. Couples will also need to communicate effectively with each other and with the students to ensure a smooth and successful household.

Benefits and Compensation
Couples will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings. We also offer relocation assistance and paid training.

Responsibilities
Couples will be responsible for guiding and nurturing the students, overseeing daily activities, administering care, and ensuring a supportive educational experience.
