About the Schedule
As a Flex Houseparent, you will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include personal time while students are at school, allowing you to balance your work and family life.
Responsibilities
- Guide and nurture a group of 8-12 youth in on-campus homes.
- Share responsibilities with spouse, including driving, administering medication, and overall household management.
- Ensure a consistent educational experience for the students.
Requirements
- Couple must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
