Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to provide a family-like environment and support for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The role involves driving, administering medication, budgeting, and other responsibilities while living on campus and participating in student life.
As a Family Liaison Professional at Milton Hershey School, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. You and your spouse will be responsible for providing a stable home environment, guiding and nurturing students, and handling various responsibilities such as driving and budgeting.

Additionally, we provide relocation assistance and paid training. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. We also offer a three-week paid summer vacation.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We require valid driver's licenses, ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and comfort leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
