What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family-Like Caregivers for Students position at Milton Hershey School?
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
You should be comfortable living on campus and adhering to our smoke-free and weapon-free policy. You should also be willing to abide by our limitations on pets and not have more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for our students.
