As a flex houseparent, you'll work closely with your partner to create a supportive environment for 8-12 students. You'll provide guidance, support, and encouragement as they navigate their education and personal growth.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing and guiding students
- Assisting with daily activities and logistics
- Providing a safe and supportive environment
Requirements
- Couples should have experience working or volunteering with youth
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
