Total Compensation Package
The total compensation package for this role includes:
- $43,825 per person, resulting in a combined total of approximately $150,000 per couple;

About the Position
We are seeking a married couple to live on campus and provide a stable, supportive environment for our students. As houseparents, you will share responsibilities related to student care, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
You will reside in an on-campus student home with approximately 8-12 students, guiding and nurturing them in a consistent and loving manner.
Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and inclusive environment that fosters academic excellence, social growth, and emotional well-being among our students.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your partner must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of marriage;
- Valid driver's licenses;
- Certification to drive student home vans;
- A high school diploma or GED;
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
- A high degree of integrity, as staff members serve as role models for our students.
You should also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Proselytizing is strictly prohibited.
