Responsibilities and Qualifications
As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring, administering medication, and managing daily household tasks, as well as taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
