Job Description:
As a House Parent, you will be responsible for providing essential support and structure to 8-12 students within an on-campus family-like environment. You will also be involved in various activities, including managing daily responsibilities, ensuring student well-being, and facilitating personal growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
