As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You will work closely with your spouse to create a family-like atmosphere, overseeing a group of 8-12 students and handling responsibilities such as medication administration and transportation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
