What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family-Like Environment Facilitator position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate couple to join our team as Family-Like Environment Facilitators at Milton Hershey School. As a key part of our residential program, you will play a vital role in guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a supportive family-like environment.
The successful candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older. You will work collaboratively to create a safe and nurturing space for students in pre-K through 12th grade.
