We are seeking two individuals who share a passion for working with youth to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
About the Role
Flex houseparents reside on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role involves managing responsibilities such as supervision, medication administration, budgeting, and driving. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
