Our team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to ensure students thrive, and we are seeking married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents.
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
