Family-Like Environment for Students: A Houseparent Role

Job Description

As a houseparent team, your primary responsibility is to provide a family-like environment for students. You will guide, nurture, and oversee a group of 8-12 students while managing day-to-day responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

You will be required to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
