In this role, couples will provide a family-like environment for students, including responsibilities such as mentoring, managing household tasks, and engaging in educational activities. This position requires a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
The ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. They will also possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
