As Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. By creating a family-like environment, you will help students build resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging. In this role, you will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc., and provide guidance and support to students in their daily lives. Your influence will extend beyond academics, as you help students develop essential life skills and navigate social relationships.
Competitive Salary and Benefits
Couples can expect a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. What We Are Looking For
We seek couples who share our passion for supporting students from under-served settings. Ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
