Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a supportive family-like environment for a small group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
**About the Role:**
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
