We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As houseparents, you will provide a family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students and support their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities
Couple houseparents will be responsible for providing daily care and guidance to students, including driving, administering medication, and budgeting. They will also handle reporting and other responsibilities associated with the role.
The ideal couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. The couple should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
