Compensation and Benefits
Couples will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings. Relocation assistance and paid training are also provided.
Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus with your partner and provide a family-like environment for 8-12 students. Your duties will include managing daily tasks such as medication administration, transportation, and budgeting. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Proselytizing is prohibited.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and comfortable leading students in daily devotions. Couples must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED is required. You must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
