Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team of educators. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance and paid training.
