As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, administering medications, and acting as role models. You will reside in on-campus student homes and guide approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure for them.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling around $150,000 per couple, with free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
