What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family-Like Environment Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role requires couples who can provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
