We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, who will provide a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will guide and mentor a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will also be responsible for leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. A competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
This unique role offers a fulfilling career focused on youth development, providing an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
