Creating a Supportive Environment
As a Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School, you will have the opportunity to create a supportive environment for our students. This involves working closely with your spouse to provide guidance and support in daily activities, administering medication as needed, and ensuring a positive living experience for students. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy living environment that promotes growth and development in our students.
Our Benefits Package
· Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

· Relocation assistance and paid training provided
· Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school
